The seven interconnected lakes are located at a height of about 1370 metres and regular visitors advise a full boat ride around the lake to soak into the peaceful environs. The names of these seven water-bodies are: Ram Tal, Lakshman Tal, Sita Tal, Nal Damyanti Tal, Panna Tal, Purna Tal and Sukha Tal.
