Details

A meditative pilgrimage to Buddhist centres of Delhi. Learn about teachings of the Buddha, and offer your prayers at some important centres of Buddhism in Delhi.

Places we'll visit:

- Buddha Jayanti Park, set in the lush and verdant environs of the Delhi ridge, houses a statue of Buddha and a Bodhi tree.
- Ladakh Buddhist Vihar, by the banks of the Yamuna, houses a beautiful Buddhist temple, as well as a bustling clothes market.
- Tibetan Colony at Majnu ka Tila - a recreation of another world, another place in the city of Delhi. Narrow criss-crossing streets, shops selling Tibetan crafts, jewellery, books, eateries serving authentic Tibetan food, and a small monastery.
