Shah Rukh Khan named Unstoppable Living Legend
India Today Online New Delhi, December 20, 2013 | UPDATED 12:18 IST
An ever humble Shah Rukh accepted the token graciously, and said that one should always be thankful to family, friends, co-workers and the almighty, since a person on their own is not 'unique', rather he is alone'. According to the reigning Khan of Bollywood, 'gratitude should be an attitude'.
The superstar also added, in all seriousness, that one shouldn't try to be someone else since that cheats you of two great gifts - the ability to fail, and the ability to accept 'I don't know'.
Recognizing the true legend that the actor is, NDTV awarded him with the honorary title recently at an event marking their 25th anniversary celebrations.

Watch Dhoom 3 in your own budget: Aamir Khan
IANS Mumbai, December 20, 2013 | UPDATED 10:50 IST
"If there is this misconception that the ticket prices for Dhoom: 3 have been increased, then the audience will not come to watch the film in theatres. For the past two to three days I have been worried about this," Aamir told reporters at a press conference here on Thursday afternoon.
The actor, who plays an antagonist in the movie, has urged the media to avoid "spreading this word".
"I want everyone to watch this film in their own budget. In Mumbai, there is a theater like Gaiety Galaxy where you get to see the film in Rs.70.
"The ticket price for Dhoom: 3 is exactly like that of Chennai Express. It's the same rate and in no theatres has the ticket rate been increased. I want to clarify this. There is not even one percent of increase in the ticket price," Aamir said.
However, he pointed out that Dhoom: 3 is the first Bollywood film to be released in the IMAX format, a specialised film format. And ticket rates at IMAX theatres are usually higher as compared to other theatres.
"There are a total four to five theaters of IMAX in India - two in Mumbai, one in Hyderabad and another one in Bangalore. The movie is coming in around 4,000 screens across India, so apart from those four screens, the rest of the screens will have the same ticket price as of previous films."
"This is the first Indian film in IMAX and the ticket rates of IMAX is more than other tickets. If you want to see in IMAX the price will be as per IMAX standards," he added.
The IMAX screens have set their prices at Rs.400-600 for the morning shows and Rs.700-900 for the night shows, according to their official website.
Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, Dhoom: 3 also features Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra.
