Celebrating Women's Day

Celebrating Women's Day:

Celebrating Women’s day

She was the one whose finger you held when you took your first baby steps. She was the one who wished the angels for you when you first broke your milk teeth.

She was the one who would makeComplan for you in the middle of the night when you were burning the mid-night lamp during your boards.

Every time your Dad told you that you still had to be better than who you are, she would hold you close and tell you that you’re perfect just the way you were.

When expectations became a burden on you, she held your hands and offered to share the weight of the world with you. She stood there like a rock and made you feel like a king through all your failures. She made all the first moves every time doubts took over you.

She sometimes made the first move even when you didn’t ask for it, and yet it felt just right. She stepped back just when you needed time alone.

She offered you love, loyalty, friendship, passion- intensely emotional, intensely physical, intensely spiritual, conflicts, dedication, thought, perspective, politics, inspiration, warmth, conversations, and maybe a house to call a home.

More importantly, she offered you her companionship through every thick and thin of your life.

And she came in many different shades every time- sometimes mother, sometimes friend, sometimes sister, sometimes a partner, and sometimes just the other point of view.

So this 8th March on Women’s Day, we bring to you the best thing you can ever give her/them- good times and memories.

Plan quick weekend getaways for the special women in your lives this Women’s Day.
