I will let you decide if Kashmir is overhyped about tourism or not.

1. Srinagar

6. Zanskar

You can never get tired of valleys, mountains and rivers in Kashmir. The Zanskar valley.

Anything for a Frost-bite ;) . In winter Zanskar is accessible only on foot through a frozen river. This track is quite popular with adventures.

7. Nubra Valley

Yes this is not Rajasthan. This is Kashmir. Sand dunes of Hunder are worth a visit in Kashmir. After all it's not only about snow, valleys and lakes.

Yes .But not today. Long time back ( about 20 years) it was a bit hyped up.

Having said, it is a 'must' see place for every Indian, the nature at its best can not be described in words ( or even photos) .One has to experience it.
