Heat this mixture for 2 or 3 minutes. Cold this mixture and keep in a jar or bottle. It is able to use for 2-3 week in refrigerator. Take this mixture 1 tsp daily 3 times. Jangli podina ya thyme mein aik tezi se ur jane wala tel thymol paya jata hai. Yeh sharbat do teen hafte tak refrigerator mein istemaal ke qabil rehta hai. Rozana 1 tsp ki mqdar yeh sharbat din mein teen bar istemaal karein.
