Enclosed by the splendid Dhauladar range, Dharamshala serves as the starting point for many tremendous trekking routes. You can try the trek from Dharamsala to the Chamba valley, It's a challenging route, but can be undertaken even by a beginner. Tiger-Spotting In Corbett

This is a fabulous weekend getaway for wild-life junkies. The drive takes about seven hours, and there are several options for lodging just outside the National Park. Although spotting the tiger will certainly top your list of priorities, you'll get plenty of other sightings in a good deal. You can also spot some wild boar and the Himalyan black bear, which are difficult to spot as well.

Rafting In Rishikesh

A 7-hour-long drive from Delhi is worth the effort to get your adrenalin rush as you thrash about in a raft atop its frothing rapids of Ganges. We would suggest instead of booking a hotel the best way to do it is by staying at one of the river-side camps. Many rafting camps along the Ganga offer tented accommodation, food and rafting packages-luxury versions are also available. You can go camping out by the river at night and start out early by rafting down the 17 km stretch from Shivpuri down to Muni ki Reti.

Two hours drive and an absolute change of landscape from Delhi's concrete jungle, Neemrana fort is a quick outing from the city, a great way to combine relaxation with adventure. When you're not soaking by the pool or strolling through the stunning property, book yourself a zip tour-it's thrilling, and will give you some of the best views of your surroundings. Forget all your worries and just fly between one ridge top to the other, watching the desert flash by.
