Hypothetical Question: If Pak nukes India, and everyone does in New Delhi, them who will order to fire back on Pak?
If Pakistan dares to do that, I don't think they have guts to do that.

Suppose they fired anyone of them towards Delhi or any other city.
India is one of the only four countries in the world to have its own ABM, Anti-Ballistic missile interception system, namely Prithvi Air Defense.

And it was particularly introduced for ballistic missile threat from Pakistan, so we have a eye on them already.
PAD can intercept any ballistic missile 50 km above and destroy it and that too with a speed close to five times that of sound.
It is on its way of developing toe-tier shield which would be capable of intercepting any incoming missile launched 5,000 kms away.
5000 kms, Pakistan or several other Pakistans are covered easily in that range.
So we are already prepared, they can't even breach into our skies.
Moreover our beloved ISRO is doing great work, there are so many satellites continuously keeping a watch on any type of threat to Indian security.
We are more and more becoming self efficient, we are closer to develop our own, 'desi- GPS' .(5th navigation satellite takes India closer to ‘desi GPS’ )
(No more dependence on Pak pro US, who denied GPS usage to India during 1971 and Kargil war).

Suppose the scenario develops, despite being highly unlikely, that all of the top officials and leaders who are supposed to take retaliation decision in New Delhi dies suddenly, then who will take the decision ?
