HolidayIQ traveller Anngr from Chennai shares, "Himachal is a state that has places for people of all tastes. The best time to visit here is July as then only they open Rohtang Pass and so we can cover all of Himachal. What ever it is, don't miss Keylong-Kaza trip by Xylo. It's really breathtaking. Apart from that you have some temples, churches, historical buildings, forts, passes, adventure sports and lakes. The landscape is so picturesque that you can't blink in fear of missing the views."

HolidayIQ Traveller Sanjay Jain from Vishakhapatnam shares, "Needless to say, Ladakh is a must-visit for the beautiful snow-capped mountains. I happened to be there first week of this May, when summer hadn't arrived. I was said that the temperatures could be below 10 deg C. But my first night there, it was 4 deg below nought. And it kept getting cooler!! ( Even snowfall on a couple of occasions) Was fun nonetheless. Visited all places worth visiting - Spituk, Patthar Sahib, Sangam, Hemis, Shey, Shang La, Khardung La, etc. Loved Pangong Lake and Hall of Fame in particular. The latter even has an adventure park where you could put yourself at test."

HolidayIQ Traveller Rupa Pipariya from Mumbai shares, "Excellent tourism place. No other place is found so beautiful in India. I loved Kashmir very much. The place is full of nature and the climate is also pleasant and lovable. Mind blowing place. If we visit Kashmir then we don't need to go to Switzerland at all. Its the place where one can enjoy the beauty of nature. We felt happy all the time. Its the combination of Snow, wind, greenery, blue sky, colourful flowers. Everyone should visit Kashmir once in their life. Worth visiting place in India."

HolidayIQ Traveller S S from Lucknow shares, "Tiger hill, monasteries, tea gardens zoological garden, Tenzing rock, football ground are the places to visit in Darjeeling, you can taste tea while taking a eye full view of Tea Gardens, If tea gardens and tea is not your thing then some adventure sports like paragliding mountain climbing will keep you busy. Or simply you can indulge in some retail therapy, the street markets have best of fashion stuff to offer which you will not get in Delhi and Bombay. I will suggest take the train from Ghoom Station to Kurseong and Darjeeling will take little longer to reach by toy train. I have travelled Darjeeling in all seasons, but I avoid visiting during Durga Puja because of holiday rush, and hotels are overcrowded"

HolidayIQ Traveller Murali Krishna Cherukuri from Amalapuram shares, "Rajasthan is a place where Hindus and Muslims coexisted for years. The place still reminds us the battles, ravages and grandness of the past history. Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Mt Abu, Udaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar are places I selected to visit. It takes 9 days to complete the tour. The car journey is very good. Roads are excellent and driver never go beyond 70-80 kmph. Risk free journey. Never travel before 9 am because in January visibility is zero due to mist. Driver shows us some local hotels for food which are small but good experience. Shopping in Jaisalmer and Chittorgarh is reasonable. Good variety at reasonable prices. Never engage a guide in Pushkar. They will play on your sentiment and before you realise your pockets will be empty. In Jaisalmer, go to the ghost city on the way to Sam sand dunes. It is a place where your imaginations leads you to heights. Nobody knows what happened and you can imagine anything about the ruins. Camel drive to Sam dunes and camp fire is exciting."

HolidayIQ Traveller Premal Patel from Ahmedabad shares, "I visited in May 2015, which is a slow season for visitors. You can take two wheeler on rent to travel local places in Goa. I did not feel much hit. Take at least four to five days to visit all places in Goa. There are number of beaches, forts, nightclubs to visit in Goa. I visited Calangute, Candolim, Colva, Miramar Beach, There are more places to visit in South Goa then North Goa. Beaches are nice to visit and play in water for few hours. Goa is a good tourist spot. There are many hotels and restaurants. You will find pure veg food in many restaurant at reasonable price. Mainly south Indian food. Also one should take boat ride from Miramar Beach for dolphin and other places to see while boat ride."
